Notice of the import and Export Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce on holding a hearing on the dumping investigation of caprolactam anti-dumping case

relevant stakeholders:

on April 22, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce of the people's Republic of China issued an announcement in accordance with the anti dumping regulations of the people's Republic of China to conduct an anti-dumping investigation on the import of caprolactam originating in the United States and the European Union. In order to ensure the fairness, impartiality and transparency of the investigation procedure, in accordance with Article 20 of the anti dumping regulations of the people's Republic of China and the Interim Rules for anti-dumping investigation hearings of the Ministry of Commerce, the import and Export Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce decided to hold a dumping investigation hearing on the anti-dumping case of caprolactam in the Ministry of Commerce on November 4. The relevant matters concerning the power of caring experiment are hereby notified as follows:

I. this hearing is a hearing on dumping ruling, and other matters other than dumping ruling are not included in the hearing content of this hearing

II. Interested parties applying to participate in the hearing shall fill in the registration form for applying to participate in the hearing of dumping investigation of caprolactam anti-dumping case (see Annex), and submit the registration form to the import and Export Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce within 10 days from the date of issuance of this notice (up to October 22, 2010). If the interested party fails to submit an application to the Ministry of Commerce within the time specified in this notice, the Ministry of Commerce has the right to refuse it to participate in the hearing and refuse to accept the relevant materials submitted by it

III. interested parties applying to speak at the hearing shall submit the written summary of the hearing speech and the official text of relevant evidence materials in 10 copies at the same time as submitting the above registration form. The language and characters designated for the hearing shall be Chinese

IV. the speaking time of the representatives participating in the hearing will be determined by the Ministry of commerce according to the registration

v. this announcement is published on the sub station of import and Export Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the people's Republic of China (). VI. the list of interested parties participating in the hearing, the specific time and place of the hearing and other matters determined after the review of the Ministry of Commerce will be listed at the above station 2 The determination of static bending strength and elastic modulus is published
