extrusion composite is a composite method of extruding molten resin through a die and coating it on another substrate to make a composite film
there are three main ways: single-layer extrusion composite, series extrusion composite and coextrusion composite. Compared with other compounding methods, extrusion compounding has the advantages of fast compounding speed, high production efficiency and low processing cost. In recent years, with the development of resin materials and extrusion composite adhesive AC (anchor coating), extrusion composite products have also been further deepened. From general use to boiled products, extrusion composite can be achieved. The AC agents for extrusion and compounding mainly include organic titanium series, polyurethane series, polyethylene amide series and polybutadiene series. Among them, polyurethane series AC agent has the best moisture resistance, water resistance and oil resistance. Yh4501 is a one component solvent extrusion polyurethane adhesive developed by Beijing GAOMENG Chemical Co., Ltd. to meet the needs of users. It is easy to use. It is suitable for the extrusion coating of polyethylene and the extrusion compounding of polyethylene with aluminum foil, nylon, polyester, cellophane, etc. in the traditional method. It can also be used as the primer of PVDC lotion
1. characteristics
1.1 good adhesion, can be used for pasteurization and boiling resistant transparent composite, aluminum foil composite with low requirements, hot filling of fruit and vegetable juice, and food packaging containing acetic acid and citric acid

3.1 dilution
add the diluent to yh4501, stir it well, and then use it. The relationship between viscosity and concentration during dilution is shown in Table 2 and figure 1
3.2 dry basis coating amount
depends on the purpose of the composite structure. Generally, the dry basis coating amount is 0 5Z/m2。
3.3 working concentration
I suggest you buy a 4-gear 1000KN hydraulic universal and a 4-gear 50kN electronic universal. Generally, the recommended concentration is% and you can use a smooth roller or a wire roller for gluing
3.4 ripening
composite products can be rewound and cut at least 24 hours after extrusion coating. Bag making must be carried out after full ripening. Generally, it can be fully ripened in 7 days at room temperature
3.5 adhesive properties
3.5.1 structure opp20/ink/AC/pe20/CPE
after extrusion and compounding, place it at 80 ℃ for 30min, and the peel strength is:
blue ink area: 3N/15mm, OPP is broken
yellow ink area: 2.8n/15m pressure testing machine M, OPP broken
heat sealing strength:
blue ink area: 30.7n/15mm
yellow ink area: 30.7n/15mm
4. precautions
4.1 when polyethylene is extruded and coated, the adhesive force of yh4501 largely depends on the processing technology of polyethylene. The key factors are melting temperature, air gap between nozzle and roller, operating speed, corona treatment degree and coating amount. Higher extrusion temperature can improve the adhesive force, but will reduce the heat sealing performance
4.2 the prepared glue should be used up within 8 hours. The remaining glue is diluted, that is, it is sealed and stored in a cool place after information transmission. The next day's operation is used as a diluent, and a small amount of it is successively added into the newly prepared glue to continue to be used
4.3 YH has a certain operating space; 4501 contains isocyanate group. Please wipe it off immediately if it splashes on the skin
4.4 yh4501 is not suitable for primer of polypropylene and EVA copolymer coating
